NoorderHuys provides growth capital to Accepte

Joure January 2010 - The internet and e-commerce company Accepte, reknowned for its state of the art ticketing system Paylogic, announces NoorderHuys as its new shareholder. NoorderHuys initially invests € 3 million and takes over the shares owned by venture capitalist Van den Ende & Deitmers. This equity investment allows Paylogic to roll out through Europe, starting with Belgium and Germany.

NoorderHuys Participaties acquires interest in Siebel Juweliers

Joure, June 2008 - With 42 branches Siebel Jewellers is the largest jewellery chain in the top end sector of the Dutch mass market. With a shop concept that is both innovative and completely unique within the branch the company became ‘2007 Retail chain of the year’ in its sector. Together with the management NoorderHuys took over all the shares of Retail Network / CVC. Siebel was the last remaining part of the so-called Sixpack transaction within this organization.

NoorderHuys Participaties acquires interest in Altrex

Joure, May 2008 - Access Holding’s current general manager, Richard Doek, has thus fulfilled his desire to decrease his share interest in the company, while at the same time enabling Eugène Derksen, manager of its largest subsidiary Altrex B.V., to increase his interest in Access Holding. As a result of the above-mentioned re-placing a well-balanced shareholder structure has been created.

NoorderHuys Participaties acquires interest in Du Pon & De Bruin

Joure, March 2008 - NoorderHuys Participaties B.V. has acquired a majority interest in Du Pon & De Bruin. Du Pon & De Bruin, established in 1986, design and manufacture private label women’s clothing for leading chain stores across Europe.

NoorderHuys Participaties acquires interest in Vos Silo Logistics

Joure, January 2008 - NoorderHuys Participaties B.V., together with the Greenfield Capital Fund II private equity fund,  has acquired a majority interest in Vos Silo Logistics. Besides NoorderHuys and Greenfield, the management and Mr Wim Vos also participate in Vos Silo Logistics. Until recently, Vos Silo Logistics was a part of the logistical service provider Vos Logistics.

NoorderHuys acquires interest in Twinpack

Joure, December 2007 - Twinpack, market leader in the Netherlands in the field of packaging solutions for the flower and poultry sectors, has been sold to NoorderHuys Participaties and the management. The company is situated in Noordwijkerhout and Barneveld and has 46 employees. A turnover of approximately € 47 million is expected for 2007. The company is sold by VPK Packaging Group, a Belgian company that is quoted on the stock exchange.

NoorderHuys acquires interest in Landré

Joure, October 2007 - NoorderHuys Participaties, together with the management, acquires all the shares of the Landré company. With its turnover of approximately € 30 million in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, the company is the largest independent supplier of machines in the area of machining, sheet tooling and the processing of plastic materials. Landré is located in Vianen and has 85 employees.
